Hi, I am Rachel.

I am a Mindset Coach, a bit of a brain-and-nervous-system nerd, and a mom who has walked through burnout, health challenges, and “I can’t keep doing it like this” seasons.

I don’t believe you need to be fixed. I believe your brain needs to be understood, your story needs to be honored, and your nervous system needs simple tools and safety. My work is about helping you make small, science-backed pivots that line up with your values and, if you’re a person of faith, with the God you trust—so change actually feels possible in your real life.

At Core Wellness Co., I use a blend of neuroscience, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and nervous system regulation to help you really understand what your brain and body are doing—so you can shift patterns from the inside out, not just push harder with willpower.

We walk through four key focus areas—Mindset & Identity, Physical Regulation & Energy, Relationships & Connection, and Purpose & Impact—and apply simple, practical tools in each. If faith is part of your life, we can weave that in naturally as we go, honoring body, brain, and spirit together. If it’s not, everything we do is still rooted in solid science and real-world behavior change.
